Grass-fed beef rib eye cooked to order. Served with au jus, horseradish mashed potatoes, crispy onions and seasonal vegetables.

Chipotle Guava Ribs* $20

Slow roasted pork ribs with a chipotle guava barbecue sauce. Served with jicama slaw and papas bravas.

Meyer Lemon Grilled Chicken* (GF) $20

Chicken breast marinated with meyer lemon and white wine then grilled. Topped with a sweet corn and fennel sauce. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes.

Chef Luis personally chooses the freshest fish available and prepares it with care. Served with risotto and fresh seasonal vegetables.

Pesto stuffed portobello mushroom served on mashed sweet potatoes. Topped with arugula, sun-dried tomatoes and a balsamic reduction.

Lobo Burger* $11

Locally sourced grass-fed beef burger topped with melted cheese, pico de gallo and guacamole on a brioche bun.

Pasta Primavera $12

Fresh seasonal vegetables in a garlic, white wine and butter sauce. Served over linguine noodles and topped with basil and parmesan cheese.

Flash fried to crispy perfection and topped with a Korean-style BBQ sauce and diced bell peppers.

Pan seared ahi tuna served on half an avocado topped with mango salsa, spicy mayo and tamarind eel sauce.

Pork Belly Tacos $13

Lemon grass and soy marinated pork belly prepared sous-vide style. Served on two fresh corn tortillas with kimchi, mango salsa and spicy mayo.

Roasted Beet & Arugula Salad (GF) $10

Roasted beets with arugula, grapefruit & goat cheese. Tossed with a blood orange shallot vinaigrette.

Classic Caesar Salad (GF) $8

Romain lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese & croutons. Tossed with a classic caesar dressing.

Berry Salad (GF) $10

Mixed baby greens, seasonal berries and shaved parmesan cheese. Tossed with a blackberry peppercorn vinaigrette dressing.
